Find who can do the shift in one sentence.
Sentence search reads the way you would say it: show van drivers within 10 miles of WN1, free Monday to Friday, with ADR. Pick a role or a whole group, a distance from a postcode, the days and any skills. Results come back nearest first with the distance shown, and the same people appear on a map.
Try it.
Change any of the three choices. The list redraws, nearest first, with each person's week and the chosen days ringed.
Made-up people. In the app you also choose the postcode and add skills.

The same search, on a map.
Candidates and client sites sit on one map. Search a postcode and radius to draw the circle and list who is inside it, nearest first. Tick a box to include inactive and do not use people when you need the full picture.
Anyone without a postcode is left off the map, and Data checks tells you who they are.
How it works.
Pick the role or the group
One position, or everyone in a group such as Drivers, Care, Warehouse or Hospitality.
Set the distance from a postcode
The office by default, or type the client's site. Every result shows its miles.
Choose the days
Any day, or the days they must all be free. People booked or off on any of them drop out.
Add skills
ADR, Driver CPC, Counterbalance FLT, Food hygiene, or any skill you have set up.
Questions.
How is the distance worked out?
Tempbench looks up each postcode and measures the straight-line distance in miles between the candidate and the postcode you search from, usually your office or the client's site. It is not a drive time, so allow for rivers, motorways and the way people actually travel.
Can I search a whole group of roles?
Yes. Search by a single position such as Multi-drop Driver, or by its group, such as everyone in Drivers or Care. That helps when a client would take any driver with the right licence, not only the exact job title.
Try it with your own week.
