Run the weekly ring round from a list that builds itself.
The ring round is Tempbench's weekly availability call list. It shows everyone you have not checked this week, with the people you use most at the top. Tap to call, set their days for this week and next, add a note, then press Done, No answer or Skip. The list starts again every Monday.
One person at a time, and nobody missed.
The card shows who to ring, their number, when they were last checked, and their week. Tap the days as they talk. Changes save straight away.
- Done, next person. Marks them checked for the week and opens the next card.
- No answer. Logs the attempt on their record and keeps them on the list.
- Skip. Leaves them for later without logging anything.
- Save as their usual week. When what they told you is their normal pattern.
Why there is still a phone call.
Plenty of software would rather your temps tapped a link. Most small agencies would rather speak to them. The call is where you hear that the van is in the garage, that they have a Saturday free, or that they have gone back to college.
So Tempbench keeps the call and takes the admin out: who to ring next, what they said, and their week, all saved as you go. By the time you have rung the list, everyone's week is up to date for the planner.

Open the ring round on Monday
It lists everyone you work with who has not been checked this week, most-used first. A progress bar shows how many are done.
Filter to one group
Care, Drivers, Hospitality, Warehouse, or whatever groups you use. Ring the drivers before the care staff, or split the list across the team.
Call, tap, note
Call from the card. Tap this week and next as they answer. Type anything worth remembering.
Done, No answer or Skip
Each person shows "checked 3 days ago" style timing, so nobody goes a month without a call.
Questions.
Does the ring round send texts?
No. Tempbench does not send texts or automated messages. The call button starts a normal call from your phone, or from your computer if it can make calls. Speaking to your people is the point; Tempbench takes the note-taking and the spreadsheet out of it.
Who shows up on the ring round?
Everyone you are working with who has not been checked this week. Inactive and do not use people are left out. Filter by group, such as Drivers or Care, to ring one part of the books at a time. Tick Show checked to see who you have already done.
