Clashes caught before the key holder rings.
Two sites at overlapping times cannot both be booked for one cleaner. Someone marked Do not use at a client cannot be booked at all. A seventh day in a row brings a warning, which matters for the cleaner doing weekday evenings and weekend mornings.
The ring round tells you who has not been checked this week, so holiday plans come up on the call, not on the Monday they do not turn up.

Do bookings repeat every week automatically?
No. Each person's usual week carries forward on its own, but bookings do not roll over. Book the week books someone on every shift day of a job in one go, and the people already on the job are listed first, so booking next week's regulars takes a few clicks.
How do I set up a client with several sites?
Add the client once, then add each site or branch with its own address and postcode. Put each regular contract in as a job against its site. Distance searches and Find matches then measure from the right building, not the client's head office.
Can a cleaner do an early and an evening shift on one day?
Yes, if the times do not overlap, such as 06:00 to 08:00 at one site and 17:30 to 19:30 at another. Availability is set for the whole day, though: free, booked or off. There is no way to mark someone free in the evening only.
Can Tempbench track DBS for school cleaning?
Yes. Upload the DBS certificate to the cleaner's record with the date your agency or the school wants it renewed, and Tempbench warns 30 days ahead. DBS checked is a starting skill, so you can search for cleaners who have one. Tempbench does not check certificates with the DBS.
