Owner
Everything an admin can do, plus plan and billing, export everything, and deleting the agency. Only an owner can make someone else an owner.

Agency details, positions and skills, and the team: invite people, change roles, deactivate someone who leaves.
User
The daily work: candidates, the ring round, clients, jobs, the planner, tasks and templates.
Invites are free until they are accepted. Deactivate someone and their seat stops counting.
Help, on every screen.
Press the question mark and the Help assistant opens beside whatever you are doing. It knows which screen you are on and suggests the questions people ask there.
It answers from written rules about how Tempbench works, not from AI. When it cannot help, Ask the Tempbench team sends your question to a person.

Is there an app to download?
No. Tempbench runs in the web browser on your phone, tablet or computer, so there is nothing to install from an app store and nothing to keep updated. Sign in at app.tempbench.co.uk and the screens fit whatever you are holding.
What does the Help assistant do?
It answers questions about using Tempbench, such as how to import a spreadsheet or what the week strip means, and it knows which screen you are on. It works from written rules about the app, not AI. If it cannot help, it passes your question to the Tempbench team.
