Can I import straight from Excel?
Save a copy as CSV first: in Excel choose File, Save As, then CSV UTF-8. In Google Sheets choose File, Download, then Comma separated values. Only the first sheet is saved, so check you are on the right one. The upload takes files up to 10MB.
What is in the export?
A ZIP file with one CSV spreadsheet per table: candidates, clients, contacts, notes, jobs, your team and the rest, plus a short readme. Passwords are never included. Uploaded files such as CVs are not in the ZIP; download those from each record.
