Know whose licence, DBS or right to work runs out next.
Upload documents to each candidate with an expiry date: right to work, driving licence, Driver CPC card, DBS certificate and training certificates such as FLT or food hygiene. Tempbench warns 30 days before anything runs out, lists it on the home screen and Data checks, and the planner warns before you book someone whose document has expired.

Dated documents on every record.
Each document shows its expiry and a bar that runs down as the date gets closer. Valid, expiring soon and expired are colour-coded, and a click opens the file.

Data checks finds the gaps.

Questions.
Does Tempbench check documents with the DVLA or Home Office?
No. Tempbench stores the document and the expiry date you enter, and warns you as it gets close. Checking that a licence, share code or DBS certificate is genuine is still done through the official services, the same way you do it now.
Which documents can I track?
Right to work, driving licence, Driver CPC card, DBS certificate, training certificates, references, CVs and anything else under Other. Any of them can carry an expiry date. Training certificates cover things like forklift tickets, food hygiene and first aid courses.
