What we could and could not verify

Vincere's pricing page (vincere.io/pricing) returned an access error (HTTP 403) when we tried to read it on 26 October 2026. So every Vincere figure on this page is reported by a third party, not confirmed. Please check the live page or ask Vincere before relying on it.

Where Vincere may be stronger

Vincere is sold by The Access Group and is widely used by perm and contract agencies. Because its own page would not load for us, we are not listing its features here; we only state facts we can source. If you need AI features, analytics or connectors, ask Vincere which plans and packs include them. Tempbench does not include SMS or texting, timesheets, payroll or pay and bill, invoicing, a candidate app or portal, job board posting or integrations.

Where Tempbench fits

Tempbench, the CRM for UK temp agencies, suits desks of one to ten people filling shifts by phone. Every seat has weekly availability, the ring round, sentence search by distance, clients with sites and rates, jobs with margins, and a week planner that blocks double bookings. The price is on the page and you can leave monthly.

Questions to ask Vincere

  1. What is the price per user for my number of seats, before and after VAT?
  2. What is the minimum term and the notice period to leave?
  3. Which features need an AI pack or other add-on?
  4. Are there setup or data migration fees?
  5. How do I export all my data if I leave?

Questions people ask

How much does Vincere cost per user?

We could not confirm it, because Vincere's pricing page refused our check on 26 October 2026. Pin.com reports £69 per user per month for the core CRM and ATS licence, citing Vincere's page in April 2026. Ask Vincere for a written quote before you decide.

Does Vincere have a minimum contract?

Pin.com reports a 12-month minimum on every Vincere plan, with 1, 2 or 3-year terms, but we could not confirm this on Vincere's own page. Check the contract you are offered. Tempbench, our product, is billed monthly and you can cancel any time.

Does Vincere have a free trial?

Pin.com reported no free trial or free tier as of April 2026. We could not check Vincere's page, so ask Vincere directly. Tempbench has a 30-day free trial with no card needed, and you can load a sample agency or import your own spreadsheet to try it.

Why does this page not list Vincere features?

We only state competitor facts taken from the vendor's own pages, and Vincere's pricing page would not load for us on 26 October 2026. Rather than repeat claims we cannot source, we suggest you read Vincere's site directly or ask for a demo. We will update this page once we can check it.
